President/Owner

Derek Allen founded Elite Energy Services in 2013.  The company provides a wide range of services from impacted soil cleanups, preventative maintenance programs, TENORM remediation services, special on-site services and now a design and development company for fire tube scanners.  The company has designed and produced the only internal fire tube scanning system that provides a viable alternative for fire tube management.  After relocating to the Bakken oilfield, Derek was involved with production fluid management, as well as being instrumental in helping regional companies develop a roustabout service program.  Prior to relocating to North Dakota, Derek worked with EIRMC in technical services and prior to that, he specialized in construction management for commercial and residential properties.  He attended eastern Idaho state college and studied in Applied Sciences.

David Allen

David Allen

VP Innovation and Business Development

David Allen has been with Elite Energy Services since 2014.  He has served as the research and development director for Tube Masters Fire Tube Scanning System.  He has provided oversight and implementation guidelines for the scanning system.  Prior to Elite Energy, he was with Lockheed Martin, serving as the ES&H Director at the INEEL Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Facility.  Prior to that, he worked at Westinghouse as the Emergency Manager for IRT response chemical emergency response.  He has also worked with Intermountain Healthcare System in I-Care services.  He graduated from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and also was an associate instructor at Utah Valley Community College in Provo, Utah.

Dillon Allen

Dillon Allen

VP IT and QA/QC

Dillon Allen has been with Elite Energy Services for 3 years.  He has worked as an associate developer and oversight for Tube Masters Fire Tube Scanning System.  He oversees quality assurance and quality development, as well as all field testing processes.  He also supported software development and management for the fire tube scanning system.  Prior to Elite Energy Services, he worked as a construction foreman with general oversight for 4D Excavation and Construction.  Dillon studied at Idaho State University in Finance.
